Too busy to exercises, no time for workout activities and will like to be more active throughout the day. Below are some tips for you to integrate to your daily routine to burn more calories.
Taking an after dinner walk instead of watching TV for an hour
Using the stairs at the shopping mall or office instead of taking an escalator or elevator
Park your car farther away so you have a longer walk to your office or home
