Jeffrey is the founder and Principal Consultant at Sportaneous Fitness.

 

He believes each client is unique and deserved a flexible and specific solutions. His philosophy is put client first and offer a unique approach that are specifically tailored to suit client’s situation and goals.

 

To achieve a successful body transformation takes time, motivation and discipline.

He’s a firm believer in having a positive and sustainable training approach to help client achieve their fitness goals and reach their full potential.

Trainer

Edward loves working with clients from all age profiles especially with younger adults. He believes incorporating healthy living in everyday life can be exceptionally beneficial from an early age onward.

 

He takes pride to educate client the importance of understanding how their body works and simplified training approach to foster lifestyle change.

She found satisfaction and joy in helping people to relieve their chronic pain and restoring strengths through her works. Besides conducting classes, she also involves in planning and promoting awareness for training education and workshop.

Dietitian - NutriWerks

 Michele has extensive experience in clinical research during her nine years stint at hospital. Her area of nutrition focus was with people with Stoke, Parkinson’s Disease and Metabolic health. As a sport dietician, she had keen interest in athlete performance.

Charmaine had a keen interest in helping people on weight loss and chronic diseases management. She is a firm believer in the concept of eating in moderation with realistic awareness for sustainable long-term behavioural modifications.
